General Auction Information
I am unable to hear the auction live and the page says Flash is required even though I have the latest version of Flash installed.
If you have the latest version of Chrome installed, you’ll need to enable Flash support manually in the settings.
To do so you’ll first need to access the settings options in Google Chrome, this is the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the browser, beside the URL input box.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on Show Advanced Setting.
Once you’re in the Advanced Setting page, look for the Privacy section and click on the Content settings button
Look for the section title Flash and click on Manage exceptions button
Please enter www.mossgreen.com.au in the hostname pattern and ensure that you’ve selected Allow under the Behaviour. Click Done when you’re finished. This will allow Flash content to load on Mossgreen’s site.
Close the settings page and reload the auction you’re planning to follow online. If you’ve successfully enabled flash you’ll see a flowplayer box under the auction information icon.
I am unable to connect to the server during the auction to enable bidding, however I can still hear the auction.
Please make sure your browser can access the IP address 126.96.36.199 on port 10000
A simple test test is to try to load the following URL in your browser:
If the browser immediately returns with a message like “Cannot connect to…” a firewall is blocking access to the auction server.
If the browser stays busy for about 30 seconds until the browser ends up with a blank screen, you can access the auction server.
