Zoran, as the chief barista, knows exactly how to create the perfect cup of coffee, and his fan club stretches wide and far beyond the boundaries of South Yarra. They come from all across Melbourne for his highly regarded coffee and superbly presented food, not to mention his charm and enthusiasm that infuses the café space. Zoran is passionate about beautiful fresh, tasty and healthy foods- and his Spring Summer menu for 2011 reflects this mantra. From freshly squeezed juices with a kick of ginger, to the fresh and zingy trout, lime and avocado salad and exquisitely tasty poached chicken breast casalinga.

Breads, biscotti and the delicious vanilla nougats are all sourced daily from Baker de Chirico in St Kilda, with all other tasty morsels home cooked and are prepared by a chef on the premises. A Liquor licence will soon enable the café to serve premium champagnes by the revered Laurent Perrier and wines by Victoria’s first vineyard, Yering Station, to compliment a special lunch, bubbly breakfast or an after work drink on a Friday.
